kindergarten here we come

Well the day has come and my lil man has left me and gone out into the great unknown. I know, I know, it's just kindergarten but hey he's my baby, my first born, the only one who has enjoyed being with me everyday for the last 5 years! I asked him if he was worried about school and he said "nope I'm just worried for you" as he put his arm around my shoulder "now you have to take care of HER all by yourself!" As you can tell taking care of Gracie has become a family affair :) she demands a lot from all of us. The good news is he loves school the bad news is Gracie HATES him being gone. She cried and I'm not just talking little tears I'm talking big hold my breath tears for 30 mins after we left him. She just kept saying "no leave bubba....bubba go??" and my favorite was when we got in the car she looked over at his seat and tossed her hands in the air crying "my bubba gone, Ethan's seat all gone, no leave" I'm just so proud of him and excited for his new adventures!
